When Will I Receive My Order?
We usually process orders within 24 hours, but in some cases it can take up to 48 hours. To calculate when you will receive your order, you need to consider the processing time as well as the shipping time to your country (see the countries shipping time here: /interne/customers/shipping.php). For example, if you live in New Zealand your total delivery time will be 2 days processing + 2-6 days shipping, so you can expect to receive your order in 4-8 business days after you have placed it.

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Styledrops reserves the right to hold orders for review.
Styledrops reserves the right to cancel orders containing information that cannot be verified.
A business day is Monday though Friday, except holidays.
Styledrops estimate your delivery date at the end of your order review procedure, based on the delivery option you choose.
Order Confirmation
If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel orders within 24H from the purchase. After 24H from the purchase we apply a 10% fee on all orders cancellations.
Check Your Order Status
After placing your order you will receive an email of confirmation which contains your order number and summary. You will also receive an email with the parcel’s tracking number soon after we ship your merchandise. Immediately after receving the tracking number in your mailbox you'll see only the data of the departing origin. Please remember that some hours are necessary for every update of the tracking data.
