When you place an order on our website the credit card terminal connects to the Styledrops' acquirer, or credit card processor, which verifies that your account is valid and that sufficient funds are available to cover the transaction's cost. At this step, the funds are "held" and deducted from your credit limit (or bank balance, in the case of a debit card) but are not yet transferred to us. Just after we ship your order we capture the held amount and transfer it into our accounts. Contrary to popular belief, this process is not instantaneous: the transaction may not appear on your statement or online account activity for one to two days, and it can take up to three days for funds to be deposited into our account.
Please make sure that your billing information submitted to Styledrops.com corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to Styledrops.com that are inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order.

Styledrops.com suggests you to enter identical shipping and billing addresses whenever possible. Every address and phone number submitted to Styledrops.com is going to be verified. We offer the option to ship to an address which is not the billing one, but in this case customer service may contact the billing address and ask for additional information. These precautions are taken to fight credit card's abuse and frauds.
If a fraudulent order is submitted, Styledrops.com will notify the cardholder, the credit card company, and cooperate with the authorities to prosecute anyone attempting to use stolen credit cards to purchase products. All fraudulent orders will be immediately cancelled and the shipping data transferred to the police.
If you receive a "declined" error message when your order is placed, you must contact your bank. Styledrops.com has no control over these error messages; they are submitted from your bank's online authorization program. There are several reasons for a "declined" or "error" message. Credit cards may have a withdraw limit, a stop for online or international transactions or added security measures for internet use. In this cases you should contact your bank to solve the problem. Generally your credit card company can make your card work in few minutes.
Styledrops.com takes charge of all duties for orders shipped to US. Orders from all other countries may be subjected to pay customs duties and/or taxes, which are going to be added to your total order price. You can verify if you have to pay duties at the first step of the checkout, selecting your country from the scroll down list. All extra duties and costs will be automatically added at your total order price. As you pay us in advance the customs duties you won't pay anything more at delivery.
